Managing and training the large sales teams in customer service, rewarding the company with success. Moving into a caring career at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service this role continued for nearly 10 years part-time alongside other employment positions. When the Townsville Hospital moved from North Ward Lesley joined the Leukaemia Foundation as the North Queensland Fundraising Co-Ordinator. Organising the raising of the much needed funds for the development of the initial 10 Unit accommodation centre for patient care at the then new Townsville Hospital site at Douglas. Once accomplished Lesley moved on to her goal to sell Real Estate. Since 2002 Lesley has managed to sell homes and continue with her caring rolls as required. Lesley’s success in Real Estate stems from her ability to make people feel comfortable and gain their trust, all important when one is embarking on one of the most personal financial transactions, buying or selling property.
